Made for you
at the bench

porcelain, start to finish

Porcelain is layered by hand and matched to the teeth on either side. The ceramist works at a bench in the same rooms as the clinician, so the person who shapes your restoration is a few steps from the person who planned it.

The bench is equipped for both digital and hand work — porcelain layered by hand, checked at magnification, and fitted the day it is made. Every surface is shaped against the teeth on either side, so the finished work belongs to the mouth it was made for.

A finished restoration held on its model at the bench.

At the bench

Every case is made here, in the same rooms as the chair. The models are poured and trimmed at the bench, the porcelain is layered and fired a few steps from where the plan was written, and the shade is matched against the teeth on either side.

That closeness changes what is possible. When a margin needs easing or a shade needs warming, the ceramist and the clinician look at it together and the change is made the same day, rather than posted away and waited for.

It also means you can meet the person who made your work. The hands that shape it are in the building you walk into, and they stay with your case from the first model to the day it is fitted.

Questions

Do I need a referral?

No. Most people come to us directly. If your case would be better served by a specialist we trust, we will say so at the consultation and refer you on.

Will anyone be able to tell?

Our intention is that they won't. Everything is planned against your own features — the shape of your face, the way you already smile. People should simply notice that you look well.
